Evidomo

How Evidomo works

You give Evidomo photos and a voice walkthrough of a home. It writes the listing. Every sentence shows where it came from, and you check it before anything is shared.

What you give it

  • 10 to 30 photos

Take them with your phone, one room at a time. Photos only.

  • A voice walkthrough

Walk through the home and say what you see. Aim for 2 to 10 minutes. Record it in your browser, or upload an audio file.

  • A short form

Facts you know, such as the size of the home and the year it was built.

Evidomo does not use video. Use photos and a voice recording only.

What you get back

The listing text, answers to questions buyers often ask, a short post for social media, and your photos. Download it all as one pack.

Where every sentence comes from

  • Your form: a fact you typed in.
  • Your voice: words from your walkthrough, with the time you said them.
  • A photo: the part of the picture that shows it.

A sentence from the example listing

The building dates from 1987, Note 1 and has energy label B, Note 2 issued in 2023, Note 3.

Written by the AI and shown exactly as written (in English).

This is a replay of a saved example. The home is made up, and the voice is computer-made. The replay plays silence instead of it.

What “1987” is based on

Verified
  • Voice walkthrough, at 00:11
    00:11 to 00:19

    “in 1987 gebouwd”
  • Your form

    Year built: 1986

    Not used

The form said 1986, but the voice said 1987. Evidomo stopped and asked the agent, who kept 1987.

What happened to the example listing

Evidomo does every step by itself. At two points it stops and waits for you to decide.

These numbers are from one example: the made-up three-room apartment in Zandmeer. Other examples differ. All examples

  1. Listening to the walkthrough

The voice walkthrough, in Dutch, is turned into text with times.

  2. Picking out the facts

Facts are picked from the form and the voice. Each keeps its source.

  3. Looking at the photos

11 photos are checked for faces and number plates. None needed blurring.

  4. Comparing the facts

3 facts disagree. One example: the voice said laminate, but the bedroom photo shows carpet.

A bedroom with grey carpet, a double bed with white linen, a window, and a built-in wardrobe. AI-made photo.
The voice said laminate. This bedroom photo shows carpet. An AI-made photo, not a real home.
  5. Stop 1 of 2: facts that disagree

    Evidomo stops here

The agent picks 1987 over the form’s 1986, and €175 over €165. The bedroom floor is left out.

In the example, these choices were made ahead of time.

  6. Writing the listing

14 sentences for the listing text and 3 for social media. Each names its facts.

  7. Preparing buyer questions

7 questions buyers often ask, answered in 15 sentences from the same facts.

  8. Staging the photos

The AI mistook an empty room for a bedroom and added a bed. The photo says “Virtually staged”.

An empty room with a light oak floor, a window with a radiator beneath it, and a white door. AI-made photo.

    Before

The same room with a bed and a bedside table added. AI-made photo, virtually staged.

    AfterVirtually staged

Left: an AI-made photo of an invented empty room. Right: the staged result, labelled “Virtually staged”.
  9. Checking the staged photos

Windows, doors, and other fixed parts are counted before and after. Nothing changed.

  10. Checking every sentence

32 sentences are checked against their facts. 0 had a problem.

  11. Stop 2 of 2: check the text and the staged photo

    Evidomo stops here

Nothing was flagged. The agent approves the staged photo and the text.

  12. Building the pack

14 files are built, and every final check passes.

How well does it work?

We hid known mistakes in made-up test homes and counted how many Evidomo caught. Tested on October 30, 2026, with 6 made-up sets.

What this does not show

  • The mistakes we hid were easy to spot. This shows the checks work, not how often real listings contain mistakes.
  • All six sets are versions of one made-up apartment. It shows the idea works, not how it does on real homes.
  • Small details, like a floor material, are found on a best-effort basis.
  • Evidomo checks the written text, not the sound. If a word was misheard, it can slip through; you catch it at the final check.

What it will not do

Evidomo will not:

  1. Value a home or give investment advice.
  2. Give legal advice. Its checklist is not a legal check.
  3. Screen, score, or rank buyers or tenants.
  4. Publish to a listing site for you.
  5. Change a photo to hide a flaw or alter the building.
  6. Keep the location data in your photos. It is removed when you upload.
  7. Share a face or a number plate. Both are blurred.
  8. Keep a deleted project. Photos, voice, facts, and the listing are removed.
  9. Let AI models train on your content.
